The ESP-ME3 irrigation controller from the industry offers the most flexible solution, supporting flow monitoring, LNK WiFi, and up to 22 stations. To enhance water monitoring and protect against a broken irrigation system, a flow sensor can be installed.

The controller's key features include:

WiFi Connectivity: By simply plugging in a Rain Bird LNK WiFi Module (sold separately), users can access, operate, and monitor their irrigation system from anywhere. Internet-based weather information is used to make daily adjustments to the irrigation schedule, saving up to 30% in water.

Flow Monitoring: The controller is compatible with multiple sizes and makes of wired flow sensors, enabling flow monitoring and notifications to save water and protect against property damage.

Bypass Rain Sensor by Station: The rain sensor can be bypassed for stations under an eave, deck, or in a greenhouse, ensuring consistent watering.

Seasonal Adjust by Program: The seasonal adjust can be changed from 5% to 200% to correct run times without altering the scheduled times, saving water.

One-Touch Watering: With the dial in the AUTO position, users can press and hold the right arrow button to start manually watering the current program.

Contractor Default: A default program can be saved and easily restored in just two steps if the original watering schedule is overwritten.

Programming Recommendations: Rain Bird recommends that the maximum irrigation zone cycle time be less than the time required for runoff to begin, and that there be adequate soak time before the next irrigation cycle of that same zone begins again.

Operational Specifications: The ESP-ME3 offers station timing from 1 minute to 6 hours and a seasonal adjust range of 5% to 200%, with a maximum operating temperature of 149°F (65°C). With 4 to 22 stations, the controller provides the options customers need, and additional station modules can be added when expanding the irrigation system without removing or powering down the controller.

The ESP-ME3 can be upgraded to a SMART controller by adding the LNK WiFi module and a WR2 rain sensor, making programming and monitoring easy through the enhanced Rain Bird app.

Configurable to 22 stations with additional 3 or 6 station modules, the controller comes with a power plug and outdoor cabinet for indoor or outdoor installation.

Alerts for system issues, including electrical, programming, or high flow (when using a flow sensor), are provided through a red LED and scrolling messages, along with mobile device alerts when used with the LNK WiFi Module and the Rain Bird app.

The large text, color-coded dial positions, and 3" back-lit screen make the controller easy to understand and read, even in dark garages or sheds.
